Arman Tsarukyan Defends Flirty Social Media Content With Nina Drama
Arman Tsarukyan addressed questions about his viral videos with content creator Nina Drama, drawing a firm line between his personal life and public persona.
The top-ranked UFC lightweight contender sat down for an interview on a beach and faced direct inquiries about the flirtatious clips the pair regularly posts. Those videos have fueled ongoing speculation among fans about the nature of their relationship.
Tsarukyan made clear the content is deliberate. “Well, it’s all cinematography. We’re filming a movie here,” he said when asked if the flirtatious moments happen on purpose.
He described the dynamic as role-playing for the camera. Tsarukyan explained that he and Nina each perform their parts while her boyfriend remains involved in the production process. The boyfriend, he noted, accepts the arrangement and benefits financially from the content they create together.
The conversation then turned to how Tsarukyan’s own family views the material. The Armenian fighter, who sits at 23-3 and ranks No. 2 in the lightweight division, shut down any suggestion of domestic friction.
“My family isn’t involved in my work. What I do on social media is strictly my business,” Tsarukyan stated. He added that no one should interfere with the collaborations or the people he chooses to work with.
Tsarukyan last competed inside the Octagon in November 2025, submitting Dan Hooker in the second round at UFC Fight Night in Qatar. He has stayed active outside the promotion through Real American Freestyle appearances and recent grappling matches, including a submission-only bout against influencer Ankit Baiyanpuria.
A rematch with former champion Charles Oliveira is reportedly targeted for UFC 331 in September in Los Angeles. Oliveira currently holds the BMF title, and a second meeting would carry significant implications for the contender picture behind lightweight champion Justin Gaethje.
Tsarukyan’s comments reinforce a consistent stance he has taken in previous interviews: the social media work with Nina Drama remains purely professional content creation. He has repeatedly described her as a friend whose boyfriend actively produces the videos.
The fighter’s decision to keep family matters private while continuing the high-engagement collaborations shows no sign of changing. As he prepares for a potential return to the Octagon later this year, the offline boundaries he described appear as firm as his ranking in the lightweight division.
