Amanda Serrano vs Lucrecia Manzur headlines Friday night in Temecula, California, with Serrano’s unified featherweight titles and the all-time women’s knockout record on the line. The seven-division champion defends her WBA, WBO, and Ring Magazine belts at Pechanga Resort Casino in a 12-round fight streamed exclusively on TikTok LIVE, the first world title bout ever shown on the platform.

Serrano enters at 49-4-1 with 32 knockouts, one win from her 50th professional victory. She is also one stoppage from sole possession of the all-time women’s knockout record after tying Christy Martin’s mark of 32 in May.

That night in El Paso, Serrano stopped Cheyenne Hanson in the second round and immediately pointed to what she wanted next.

“I can break the knockout record in my next fight,” she said. “I can get my 50th win and break Christy Martin’s knockout record.”

Lucrecia Manzur, a 27-year-old from Tucumán, Argentina, arrives at 14-4 with seven knockouts and is ranked No. 2 by the WBO at featherweight. She has won five straight since a September 2023 stoppage loss to Daniela Romina Bermudez, a bout halted because of an ear injury.

Her most recent win came in March, a decision over Nahir Aymara Erlin. The assignment is the biggest of her career, 12 two-minute rounds against a champion hunting a knockout.

Most Valuable Promotions, founded by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, is promoting Amanda Serrano vs Lucrecia Manzur. The main card is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET, with Serrano’s ring walk expected around 11 p.m. ET.

Promoters have billed the fight as the first unified women’s world title bout contested over 12 two-minute rounds. Serrano has already headlined Madison Square Garden and became the first Puerto Rican, male or female, to hold an undisputed world title.

When the fight was announced, Serrano framed the night as more than a routine defense. “I’ve dedicated my career to creating opportunities for women’s boxing and bringing our sport to the biggest stages possible, so to headline the first-ever championship boxing event on TikTok is incredibly meaningful,” she said.

Manzur, speaking then, said she had waited a long time for a world title shot. “I’ve been asking for this opportunity for a very long time,” she said.

She made it clear admiration would not change her aim. “But once we step into the ring, my focus is on winning,” Manzur said.

A second championship fight is on the main card. Mexico’s Mayelli Flores (13-2-1) meets undefeated Melissa Mortensen (9-0) for the vacant WBA female super bantamweight title at 122 pounds.

The undercard mixes Olympic names with unbeaten prospects. U.S. Olympian Jahmal Harvey, 3-0 with two knockouts, faces Mexico’s Hammet Keb (7-2-1, 6 KOs) in a six-round lightweight bout.

Avious Griffin (19-1, 18 KOs) meets Jackson Marinez (23-4, 11 KOs) over 10 rounds at welterweight. German Olympic bronze medalist Nelvie Tiafack (4-0, 3 KOs) takes on undefeated Salvador Zavala (7-0, 5 KOs) at heavyweight.

Los Angeles southpaw Iyana “Roxy” Verduzco is 7-0 and meets Miguelina Hernandez (4-0, 3 KOs) in an eight-round featherweight fight. Brazilian newcomer Jully Oliveira, 1-0, faces Cinderella Linnear (1-0) at junior welterweight.

Undefeated Lupita Medina (12-0) meets Brook Sibrian (9-3) at minimumweight, and Indio’s Jocelyn Camarillo (6-0) fights Ashley Felix (7-4) in another 105-pound bout near Camarillo’s home. Keno Marley (2-0) faces Braylan Brooks (1-0) at cruiserweight.

Prelims stream on Most Valuable Promotions’ YouTube channel. Those bouts include Paolo Barredo (6-0) against Jorge Garcia (3-1) at lightweight and Albina Moldazhanova (4-0) versus Sheila Liesegang (6-0) at junior welterweight.

A knockout would give Serrano the women’s stoppage record by herself and her 50th professional win. She has said 2026 could be her last year in the ring, which places extra weight on remaining nights like this one.

Manzur has been active and winning, and the 12-round distance gives her more time than a 10-round championship would. The question is whether she can keep Serrano from the finish the champion has already said she wants.

If Serrano gets the stoppage, the record changes in Temecula on Friday night. If she does not, the titles can still remain with her, but the knockout chase would move into whatever is left of a year she has already described as possibly her last.
