Big Stacks Stops Jordan McCann by Doctor Stoppage in Newcastle
Big Stacks ended a three-month feud inside two rounds at Misfits Boxing, beating Jordan McCann by doctor stoppage in the Newcastle main event. The official graphic called him the winner after the ringside doctor halted the heavyweight bout in round two.
The card took place Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, at Utilita Arena and streamed on DAZN. Misfits Boxing posted the result as a stoppage win for the Kick streamer who bills himself as the hardest man in the UK.
Charlie Robert, better known as Big Stacks, had never won under the Misfits banner. McCann, a Manchester rapper, was looking for his first win after a June debut loss.
How the Big Stacks Doctor Stoppage Closed the Feud
The stoppage did not come from a highlight-reel knockout. Reports from the arena said McCann could not continue because of an eye problem, with jabs leaving the area in no condition to go on.
That finish matched the caption on the winner poster: a second-round doctor stoppage. It also closed a rivalry that started far from a sanctioned ring.
In June, during open workouts for a Manchester Misfits show, McCann punched Stacks after a confrontation that also involved Shane Fury. Stacks was left with a split lip and dental damage. The injury forced his debut against Armz Korleone to be rewritten as a body-shots-only fight, which Stacks lost by fourth-round TKO.
McCann lost that same night as well. Ibiza Final Boss Jack Kay took a majority decision after a messy four-rounder that included a bite.
Misfits then booked the pair as the Newcastle headliners. Both men walked in 0-1 on the promotion. Stacks is 33 and listed at 6-foot-2. McCann is 32 and listed at 6-foot-0. Both fight orthodox.
The buildup stayed quieter than the June melee. Stacks still raised the stakes at the final press conference, telling reporters he would leave social media and take a nine-to-five job if he lost.
“If I lose, on my life, I’m quitting social media,” he said. “Social media’s done if I lose. That’s how confident I am.”
He also promised a first-round knockout. He did not get the round-one finish. He did get the win, and the pledge is off.
The result matters because it was the first time the two men shared a ring after McCann’s punch and Stacks’ damaged debut. A doctor’s call is not a clean knockout, but it is an official stoppage and Stacks’ first Misfits victory.
It matters for McCann for the opposite reason. He is now 0-2 as a Misfits fighter, and the eye issue ended the fight before the later rounds could settle the grudge on the cards.
Stacks’ nickname has always been part joke and part marketing. He has said the “hardest man in the UK” line started as a bit. The June loss to Armz made that slogan a punchline. Saturday’s poster, with “WINNER” across his chest, is the first Misfits image that backs him up.
McCann’s camp has not issued a public medical update beyond the ringside stoppage. Stacks leaves Newcastle with the result he needed after a debut that was rewritten by the same rival he just stopped.
